Taylor Swift‘s alleged stalker, David Crowe, has pled not guilty to charges he showed up at her home over 30 times in 2 months!
According to newly obtained documents by The Blast, Crowe had his initial court appearance, where prosecutors raised scary allegations. Among them was the claim that he had visited her residence over three dozen times in 60 days, leading to three charges.
Taylor Swift’s Alleged Stalker Pleads Not Guilty To Three Criminal Charges
The charges came after he was apprehended by the police twice in three days following reports of him lurking around Swift’s New York City home. Crowe was formally arraigned on Wednesday, facing three charges, including 4th-degree stalking and 1st and 2nd-degree harassment.
At his initial court appearance, Crowe pled not guilty to all the charges against him, and he was released from custody. Prosecutors sought supervised release with stringent conditions, which the judge granted.
While technically back on the streets, a protective order was issued, preventing Crowe from attempting to contact Swift. Prosecutors also presented additional disturbing details during the court proceedings.
In the filed complaint, law enforcement officials alleged that Crowe had been observed at the “Look What You Made Me Do” singer’s Tribeca home over 30 times in the past two months.

Prosecutors assert that during some of these incidents, Crowe requested to speak to Swift, leading to the stalking charge. This is a key reason why the court is closely monitoring him upon release.
Details of the arraignment come shortly after The Blast reported that the stalking incident gained attention over the weekend on Saturday when authorities responded to reports of a man trying to enter Swift’s townhouse without authorization.
Despite being taken away in handcuffs, the fan returned to the scene on Monday, January 22. Thanks to the incident on Saturday, neighbors and Swift’s security team quickly recognized him during his second attempt on that day.
Sources mentioned that the 34-year-old superstar’s security head promptly informed authorities about the man’s presence, and eyewitnesses also reported sightings of a man lurking around the townhouse. However, when New York Police Department officials arrived, the alleged stalker was nowhere to be found.
While it remains unclear whether the obsessed fan fled when law enforcement officers arrived, he was eventually found less than a block from Swift’s home.
Following the incident, he was interrogated, and it ended with officers placing him in handcuffs.
As you know, Swift was in Buffalo, New York to watch her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s NFL playoff game.
