  • Tacha, a former Big Brother Naija star, commented on a recent accident involving a Dangote truck and Phyna’s sister, Ruth.
  • The accident occurred shortly after Ruth celebrated her graduation, which was just six days prior.
  • The incident was attributed to an underage driver operating the Dangote truck.

Former Big Brother Naija star Natacha Akide, popularly known as Tacha, has commented on the recent accident involving a Dangote truck and Phyna’s sister, Ruth.

Ruth had just celebrated her graduation six days prior to the incident, which was caused by a Dangote truck operated by an underage driver.

After widespread online reactions, the Dangote Group released an official statement, confirming that a representative had visited Ruth, extended their well-wishes, and offered compensation.

Tacha responded to the statement, urging that the company should provide substantial compensation. She also highlighted that such accidents are rare in developed countries, where strict consequences exist for such negligence.

Tacha said:

“It’s high time the Dangote group starts paying heavily for the recklessness of their drivers. They ought to pay $10 million in compensation to Ruth even though it won’t bring back her leg.”

Story of my life experience with them 2015 and it left me traumatized and i developed ptsd to the point that whenever i see or notice dangote truck i ask the driver of any vehicle am in to park let them pass or take another road to wherever am going. They are heartless especially when you meet them on highs.”
