Ryan Seacrest Gets Surprised During A Workout!
So someone had the bright idea of taking a phone and making a video of Ryan Seacrest, as he blissfully worked out, unaware he had an audience. Seacrest was wearing a sweaty tee and tiny shorts as he did his squats, with weights, singing off-key to Flo Rida’s “What A Night” and grunting with the effort of lifting the weights.
The person making the video got in a few seconds of secret taping before they moved to show Seacrest the phone – making him drop the weight and try and get away, before uttering a heartfelt “Noooo” and moving towards the person with the phone.
Wonder if it was his girlfriend, model Aubrey Paige, a friend or family member who decided to prank Seacrest.
What fans loved about the share is how he didn’t want to be filmed, but posted the video on his Instagram anyways, as one wrote, “Nooo” but post anyway love it!”
Seacrest also captioned the video with a “note to self”, writing, “Longer shorts and lock the door!”

More Than Happy To Respond To Fans!
As Seacrest’s fans and followers began commenting, the conversation began to read like a laugh riot.
As one fan empathized, writing, “Sometimes working out isn’t pretty,” Seacrest felt it was the “story of my life!”
Another demanded “Shorter shorts!” which Seacrest responded to with a saluting emoji, prompting another fan to appreciate the legs, “You have sexy legs Ryan showing them off in those short shorts.”
One Instagram user felt the magic lay in the sound, commenting, “t’s the sound effects 😂🔥👏 Go Ry Goooooo” and Seacrest called it “Kettlebell karaoke!”

When Ryan Seacrest Is Not Serving, He’s Cooking!
Seacrest is also quite the foodie and recently, a source let it slip that the 48-year-old is yearning to do his own cooking show. Apparently, he has been learning how to cook for the last few years and loves it. Of course, he’s no stranger to cooking shows given that he won an Emmy Award for his production of “Jamie Oliver’s Food Revolution,” under his company Ryan Seacrest Productions, in 2010.
Seacrest also participated in several cooking segments during his stint with “Live With Kelly and Ryan,” with Kelly Ripa, and loves the Stanley Tucci series “Searching for Italy.” Clearly, there’s a whole lot more to Seacrest than just working out in short shorts because he’s even hotter in the kitchen.
Seacrest also seems to share an undying love for tinned fish as he recently posted, “This is a tinned fish fan account now 🐟 I’m without a doubt a “tin-enthusiast,” that’s why when I came across Anna Hezel’s “Tin To Table” I knew I had to share some simple & tasty recipes in here.”
Fans are quite ready for a Seacrest-style cooking show already as they sent him love in the comments, writing, “Thanks for sharing! My mom loved sardines. Will have to try them. Have a wonderful day!
