Rick Ross Claps Back at Dee-1’s Criticism, Accuses Him of Seeking Viral Fame

Rick Ross has responded to Dee-1’s recent criticism of him for encouraging violence in his music. During a recent appearance on Sway In The Morning, the New Orleans native called out The MMG boss with Meek Mill and Jim Jones. Rick Ross, on the other hand, thinks Dee-1 is merely talking about them to get viral. Rozay believes Dee-1 should “shut up” and go viral by giving back to the community. Over the weekend, he addressed the criticism on his Instagram Story, insulting Dee-1. “Lil’ man, whatever you is, until you’ve fed the kids where you’re from for 20 years straight, don’t bother asking Rozay,” he remarked as he imitated his voice. “Wait until you buy 10,000 bikes.”

He continued, “Did you hear me, little man?” Get that basket out of your brain, lil’ man, so you can think clearly. You’re becoming viral for calling people names. Not because of your ability, not because of your gift. Because you want to become viral, I’m going to teach you how, little’ dude.” Dee-1 stated that, while he admires both Rick Ross & Meek Mill, he feels they can do better. On Sway In The Morning, he asked, “Oh, you the face of prison reform?” “Or are you working on your new track with Ross, talking about getting someone murked and shot at a red light?” “Which is it, bro?” Last week, Meek Mill also reacted to Dee-1. “I was rapping this way prior to I became the face of reform,” he added before going on to say, “That’s how I got there, y’all forgot that fast.”

Rick Ross Makes Fun of New Orleans Rapper Dee-1 Following The Recent Criticism

Rick Ross has finally reacted to Dee-1’s recent request to “do better” — and The Bawse is irritated with the New Orleans rapper, with whom he frequently refers to as “Lil’ Man.” Dee-1 appeared on Sway in the Morning on Tuesday (October 31), where he urged Meek Mill, Jim Jones, and Rozay to consider the effects of their lyrics. “Jim Jones, you might have done better, brother,” that’s what he said. “My love for you is too great not to be completely honest with you. Rick Ross, you’re capable of more. Meek Mill, you’re capable of more! My love for you is too great not to tell the truth to you. Oh, you’re the public face of prison reform? Or are you working on a new song with Ross & discussing getting someone murked and shot at a red light? “Which is it, bro?” Rick Ross responded to the Grammy nominee on Instagram Stories on Saturday (November 4). ” Lil’ man, so long as you feed the kids where you’re from for 20 years straight, don’t question Rozay,” he said. “You should wait until you have bought 10,000 bikes.” […] Do not challenge Bawse. Did you hear me, little man? Get that basket out of your brain, lil’ man, so you can think clearly. […] Because you want to become viral, I’m going to teach you how, little’ dude.”

He went on to say: “Go viral by feeding the kids in your neighbourhood.” Giving those bikes away will go viral. Go viral throughout the holidays! Don’t say that, ‘Jim Jones.’ Jim Jones just handed away clothes worth six figures in his hood. And you’re an n-gga who’s talking. You’re vegan, yet you eat more goddamn biggly-wiggly bacon than any other n-gga around here. “Be quiet.” Meek Mill called out Dee-1 on his Instagram Stories prior to Ross’s answer. “Nah, we do everything lol,” he replied after publishing a portion of Dee’s interview. I was rapping this way when I became Reform’s face! “Y’all forgot that quickly.” On the music front, Rick Ross & Meek Mill hinted that Drake will be collaborating with them soon. The dynamic duo appeared on Complex’s “GOAT Talk” series in preparation of their upcoming collaborative endeavour Too Good To Be True. The show’s premise is that guests nominate their all-time favourites in a variety of categories. However, one topic in particular piqued the interest of viewers. When asked to choose their favourite Drake feature, both Ross and Mill were quick to extol Drizzy’s praises, but also hinted at a future collaboration featuring the trio.
