Though Chidi has since removed the video and restricted comments on his page, the situation continues to spark debate online.
While some applauded Obi Cubana for clarifying the identity of his next of kin, others criticized the public nature of his revelation. Media personality Destiny Ezeyin, also known as Radiogad, was among those who disapproved.
In a video shared on Wednesday, April 23, Radiogad expressed disappointment over Obi Cubana’s handling of the matter. He said the billionaire’s actions could make his adopted son feel less valued, emphasizing that Chidi was simply participating in a trending TikTok video.
Radiogad asserted that both the biological and adopted sons should be treated equally, saying:
“If you never loved him like a son, why did you adopt him?”
He further warned that such treatment could lead Chidi to miss his biological parents.
In the caption accompanying his video, Radiogad wrote:
“Obi Cubana na so brotherhood h@tr£d dey start there’s no point debunking, I wonder how the other child would feel, he was only catching cruise on tiktok.”
