Portable pleads with EFCC and GTbank to free ‘his friend’ VeryDarkMan

Nigerian artist Portable has asked the EFCC and GTBank to release his friend VeryDarkMan, whom he calls generous.

In a video on X (formerly Twitter), Portable said that despite their disagreements, he appreciates VeryDarkMan’s kindness and support for others.

This request comes after VeryDarkMan was arrested outside a GTBank branch shortly after visiting.

The reason for his arrest is still unknown, but many believe it is related to his bank visit.

Portable pleaded with the EFCC, saying: “Please, because of God. Please free VeryDarkMan, he is my friend. He gives people food, he helps a lot of people. I love people who help people.”

He also encouraged Nigerians not to withdraw their money from GTBank.

“Don’t remove your money from GTBank.”
