Nikki Catsouras death photo: The CHP promised to pay the parents of Nicole “Nikki” Catsouras $2.375 million on Thursday, just after a judge decided to speak to two aspects ahead of a civil case scheduled for April, according to CHP spokeswoman Fran Clader.
