Ever since the incident of Kai Cenat’s gifting backfired. The viral clip of the same has been going viral internet. Making netizens react in the same saying that Kai Cenat has sexual acts with a girl. However, Kai has denied the claims of any sexual acts of him with a girl in midstream.
