In one recent Instagram post, Jen can be seen stretching out on a bed on a rooftop while she soaked up the summer sun, working on her summer tan. She is wearing an asymmetrical bikini with a single strap along with matching bikini bottoms. She let her dark hair tumble down her back as she moved through a series of positions by the balcony.

In another Instagram post, Jen shed her fuzzy animal-print bathrobe, giving fans a look at her bare back as she faced the open window. She slipped into a sports bra and matching panties before she hopped on her stair climber and started getting in her exercise for the day.

She then grabbed two animal-print dumbbells and worked her way through various exercises, including lunges, rows, and lateral lunges. She ended the video by giving fans a close-up shot of her toned abs and struck a pose for her followers.

In addition to her workout videos, Jen also shares plenty of healthy recipes with her followers! In one of her latest Instagram posts, she shared her recipe for creamy avocado egg salad. After she boils her eggs, she peels them and throws them in her BlendJet along with ripe avocado, red onions, Greek yogurt, a spoonful of light mayo, a few chives, and a handful of spinach leaves.
Jen put the meal on toast and topped it with a slice of tomato and a generous sprinkle of salt and pepper. “Get your taste buds ready for the dance party,” she wrote in the caption. Plenty of fans expressed excitement to try her “yummy” recipe!
