Jamie Foxx has found himself in hot water after he was sued for sexual assault in a new scathing lawsuit.
According to court documents, an anonymous woman is suing the music and film icon for an incident that occurred eight years ago, claiming Foxx got quite rough with her, causing her to sustain injuries.
Jamie Foxx Dragged To Court For Sexual Assault
Foxx was accused of assault by a woman who claimed in court documents that she had a devastating encounter with the “Django Unchained” actor in August 2015 at the Catch NYC & Roof in New York.
The woman alleged that she was seated in the rooftop lounge and bar around 11 PM when she noticed Foxx was a table away. Hours late, around 1 AM, Jane Doe’s friend asked the “Blame It” singer if he would like to take a photo with them and he responded, “Sure, baby anything for you.”
She claimed that the Grammy Award winner was intoxicated and as he took more photos with her and her friends, Foxx told her “Wow, you have that supermodel body…You smell so good,” before adding that she looked like Gabrielle Union.
According to reports, Foxx allegedly pulled the plaintiff by the arm to the back area of the rooftop, where he allegedly placed both hands on her waist, moved them under her top, and started caressing her breasts.
The woman claimed she tried to stop it and walk away, but she noticed a security guard and other passersby who saw what was going on but decided to do or say nothing. In the filing, the woman claims things only got worse with Foxx allegedly sliding his hand into her pants and putting his fingers on and in her vagina and anus.
She revealed that her friend came over and saw what was happening, and then Foxx stopped touching her. The woman is suing Foxx, the rooftop bar Catch, and its employees for compensatory and punitive damages.

Jamie Foxx Going Strong With Girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp
The bombshell lawsuit comes as Foxx’s relationship with his girlfriend Alyce Huckstepp made headlines for going strong following his health scare in May.
In September, the lovebirds had fans in their feelings when they stepped out together during a baecation in Mexico. As The Blast reported, what appeared to be a meal outing during their vacation in Cabo San Lucas. In pictures of their outing that went viral, the “Fall For Your Type” singer was all smiles as he held his girlfriend’s hand.
Huckstepp wore a stunning black top with tiny straps and a plunging neckline, complemented by a matching skirt and shades. Foxx, on the other hand, donned a black and gold graphic print tee and black joggers to match his woman’s color scheme.
Fans were over the moon about Foxx’s joyful disposition given that it was his first trip since his health scare. Many took to social media to share their thoughts, with one fan tweeting, “Brother got good taste.” Another fan remarked, “Good to see Jamie Foxx after that health scare.”
According to sources, Foxx and Huckstepp’s romance got stronger during his health woes. “Aside from his family, Alyce has been a huge source of support throughout his recovery process. She makes him happy, and they spend as much time together as possible,” the insider said of their romance.
The informant added, “They’ve told one another they love each other and have an amazing time whenever they’re together. They have a very playful banter, and she keeps him on his toes, which he loves.”
