Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has asserted that it is insulting for anyone to say he’s not on the same level as Afrobeats giants Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy, collectively known as the “Big 3.”

In a response to backlash over his recent tweet declaring a “Big 4,” Rema emphasized his status in the industry.

The 22-year-old artist addressed the issue in his latest release, “Hehehe,” under Mavin Global Holdings, where he confronts the ongoing debate surrounding his place among Afrobeats superstars.

In his song, Rema boldly sings;

 “No more big 3, there’s now a big 4. People go para but what for? Dem go say I don’t deserve it but that is an insult.
