Country music sensation Rucker was found to allegedly be in the possession of multiple drugs after being stopped and searched by cops last year in February.

According to an arrest affidavit, Rucker was stopped by police last year after they observed that the tags on his vehicle seemed to have expired. They reportedly confirmed this using a computer in their car. This drug bust actually happened last year, but Rucker turned himself in on Thursday.

A report claims  police officers smelt marijuana coming from the singer’s car and asked him if he had smoked that evening, to which Rucker swiftly replied with a “No.” However, he allegedly noted that he may have smoked earlier in the day, but just not in the evening.

After proceeding to search his car, the police claim to have found 14 unmarked purple pills and what they believed to be a THC pen. Rucker allegedly said that his girlfriend, Summer, gave him some of the incriminating items.

An officer then told Rucker that he was going to get patted down, which allegedly caused the country star to hand over a tiny marijuana blunt from his pocket before the officer could proceed.

The police asserted that after testing the 14 unmarked pills, they discovered that they contained psilocin, a schedule I controlled substance related to magic mushrooms or psilocybin.
