Over the following years, he starred alongside his brother in several films and television shows. From 2005 to 2008, Sprouse starred with his brother in the Disney Channel comedy The Suite Life of Zack & Cody.

In 2017, he was chosen to play Lucas Ward, the main character of the film. The same year he was chosen to play Nick in the comedy Banana Split, he starred in the short film Carte Blanche.

Sprouse founded All-Wise Meadery in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2018 with a name that refers to his pagan religion.

In 2019, he accepted the role of Paul in the short film Daddy. Sprouse played Trevor in the 2020 film After We Collided, a sequel to the 2019 film After.

The first issue of Sprouse’s Sun Eater comic will be published by Heavy Metal and DiGa Studios in May 2020.

In 2021, he played Luke Hart in Tyger Tyger and Calaf in the Chinese film The Curse of Turandot.
