Late Aaron Carter‘s brother, Nick Carter, is finally speaking up on their elder sister Bobbie Jean Carter‘s unfortunate passing by paying a heartfelt tribute on Instagram.
The mother-of-one, whose cause of death remains unknown, died on December 23, leaving behind her 8-year-old daughter and other close family members.
Nick Carter Penned Down A Moving Tribute To Late Sister Bobbie Jean Carter
Nick eulogized his sister by posting a childhood picture of both of them holding hands, accompanying it with an emotional caption that partly read:
“It may take a lifetime to fully process the loss my family has endured over the years – most recently, with the sudden passing of our sister Bobbie Jean. I am completely heartbroken.”
He expressed gratitude for the kind words and love the public has shown since Bobbie’s sudden passing, adding that he is reminded of how fleeting life is and how important it is to cherish the precious moment shared with loved ones.
“I know she is finally at peace with God. I love you BJ,” Nick wrote in the concluding part of the caption. The singer’s comment section was filled with fans and friends who shared in his grief and chipped in uplifting words.
Sharna Burgess wrote, “I’m so sorry Nick, I cannot imagine how hard this must be. Brian and I are sending you so much love,” as another fan added: “I just want to give you the biggest hug. Sending you and your family all the love and light. We love you and we got you, always.”
One other user wished Nick all the strength to “deal with this terrible loss,” while another follower reminded the musician that they were thinking of him and his beautiful family.”
“No one should have to endure the amount of loss you and Angel have. I’m so sorry. I love you always. You’re in my prayers.” wrote an Instagram user and a fan.
Bobbie died at the age of 41, and according to a statement released by her mother, Jane Carter, the death was very shocking. The matriarch pled for time to grieve in private, as the loss of a young child is a painful experience for any parent.
She urged the public to say a prayer for her granddaughter, Bobbie’s 8-year-old daughter Bella, who is now an orphan as her father had also passed away.
The late Bobbie had five siblings but was survived by only two — the Backstreet Boys member Nick Carter and Aaron’s twin Angel Carter.
