A teenage boy has been charged with attempted murder and a string of driving offences after an alleged road rage incident.
Police allege the 14-year-old was involved in an altercation at a home on Dowling Street in Woolloomooloo, Sydney, on Saturday morning, before getting behind the wheel of a stolen car.
He then allegedly drove at two people before fleeing the scene and dumping the car on Windeyer Street just a block away.
Police will allege in court that the car had been stolen from a home in Mosman, on Sydney’s lower north shore, three weeks earlier and that the teen had choked a woman just prior to the incident.
