A 41-year-old woman was shot while sitting in a car early Sunday morning in Philadelphia’s University City neighborhood.
Police found the woman lying in the street when they responded at about 5 a.m., WTXF reported.
She was shot three times in the neck and should and was transported to a hospital in critical condition.
