Two people were killed and a dozen people injured in a devastating five-car crash on the western side of the NSW Blue Mountains.
The massive crash occurred along the Great Western Highway, Wallerawang, about 15km north of Lithgow in NSW, with emergency services rushing to the scene about 12.50pm Friday.
Police have established a crime scene and are awaiting the arrival of specialist police.
