Davis is accused of providing the gun in the drive-by that killed Shakur and injured Marion 'Suge' Knight in Las Vegas. Shakur died at 25, a week after the incident. Knight, 58, serving a 28-year term for a separate case, hasn't commented on Davis' arrest.
