Two women in Florida are accused of facilitating the sexual assault of a juvenile girl, allegedly plying her with alcoholic beverages inside one of their homes before she was raped by a 15-year-old boy.
Sandra Vivine Suarez Ramirez, 40, and Janessa Marie Pierce, 22, were taken into custody and charged with one count each of child neglect without great bodily harm, records reviewed by Law&Crime show.
While court documents in the case are marked as “confidential” and therefore inaccessible on the Monroe County Circuit Court Clerk’s website, a copy of the probable cause affidavit was obtained by Miami ABC affiliate WPLG.

According to the report, the incident took place at Pierce’s home on Feb. 11. The evening began with the women picking up the victim — whose name and age were redacted from the document — in Key West and taking her and the 15-year-old boy to a liquor store. While purchasing the alcohol, Ramirez allegedly told the juveniles to “hide their faces from the camera.”
Police identified the victim as being related to Ramirez while the 15-year-old male was reportedly Pierce’s younger brother.
After buying the alcohol, the victim said both women encouraged her and the 15-year-old to drink, with the choices including vodka, spiked iced tea, and spiced rum. At times, the victim said Ramirez made her “drink straight Tito’s vodka shots of alcohol from the bottle.”
At some point in the evening, Ramirez allegedly told the victim “that she was going to become a woman tonight.” A short while later, the 15-year-old allegedly brought the victim to a bedroom in the home where Ramirez and Pierce were waiting. The women then left at Pierce’s command and the 15-year-old allegedly raped the victim, deputies reportedly wrote in the affidavit.
Investigators spoke with Ramirez and Pierce a week after the alleged rape. In a Feb. 19 interview with detectives, the women reportedly admitted to purchasing alcohol, “but said it was for them and not the teens.” However, Pierce allegedly added that she keeps a bottle of rum in the refrigerator that was easily accessible to “anyone” in the house.
The duo also were allegedly unable to fully account for the juveniles’ whereabouts that evening, telling investigators they had left the home to go to “a party in Big Coppitt Key,” though they “did not know where this alleged party was.”

The 15-year-old suspect, who is charged with sexual battery, reportedly told police that his drunken interactions with the victim were consensual.
“The suspect said he could not remember much because he was drunk, the suspect said that the victim agreed to sexual intercourse by saying yes to him and he did have sexual intercourse with the victim,” the affidavit states.
Ramirez and Pierce were both being held in the Key West Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Thursday afternoon, records show.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office did not immediately respond to an inquiry from Law&Crime seeking additional information on the matter. Due to the confidential nature of the defendants’ court records, it was not immediately clear when the defendants were scheduled to appear before a judge.
