A Florida man already facing charges for sexually abusing a teenage girl — including allegedly forcing her to “sign a contract” with a “clause” in it stating that she’d “be his sex slave twice a week” — is now accused of trying to have her killed to stop her from testifying, police officials say.

Andrew Mustapick, 70, of Vero Beach, has been charged with two counts of soliciting someone to tamper with a victim for allegedly orchestrating a “murder-for-hire plot” to have his alleged victim killed, according to court records and local police officials.

“This guy is an absolute animal,” Indian River County Sheriff Eric Flowers told ABC affiliate WPBF and other media outlets at a May 6 news conference.

Mustapick, who signed a plea deal in the abuse case in January, was scheduled to be sentenced in June. “His plan was to withdraw the plea deal,” Flowers said. “If the victim is no longer here, he essentially gets sentenced to nothing.”

For the abuse case, cops say Mustapick met the girl, then 17, through a 19-year-old friend, according to the TC Palm. He allegedly agreed to buy the older teen a car in exchange for sex. The younger girl told investigators that after Mustapick bought the car, she was allegedly forced by the 19-year-old to have sex with him.

Mustapick made her “sign a contract” that outlined a schedule for her and how she would “be his sex slave twice a week on Mondays and Fridays for the next five years,” according to cops.
