One of Jeffrey Epstein’s most prominent accusers on Sunday claimed she has less than a week to live after she was allegedly in a horrific car accident involving a school bus.

Virginia Giuffre, who also accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was a juvenile, posted on social media that she has “only four days to live” after the crash allegedly left her in renal failure.

The 41-year-old sexual abuse survivor said that she suffered impending fatal injuries as a result of a school bus hitting her car at nearly 70 mph.

“This year has been the worst start to a new year, but I won’t bore anyone with the details but I think it important to note that when a school bus driver comes at you driving 110km as we were slowing for a turn that no matter what your car is made of it might as well be a tin can,” the Instagram post states. “I’ve gone into kidney renal failure, they’ve given me four days to live, transferring me to a specialist hospital in urology.”

Giuffre, who posted a photograph of herself lying down in a hospital bed with what appears to be severe bruising to her face, wrote that she was “ready to go,” but not until she was able to see her children one more time.

“[B]ut you know what they say about wishes,” she continued. “S**T in one hand and wish in the other & I guarantee it’s still going to be s**t at the end of the day. Thank you all for being the wonderful people of the world and for being a great part of my life.”
