UPDATE: 3 Dead, 7 Injured in Wisconsin Christian School Shooting

Wisconsin police held a press conference on Tuesday, a day after a 15-year-old girl allegedly killed two people at her school.

Natalie ‘Samantha’ Rupnow reportedly shot and killed a teacher and another student at at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison before turning the gun on herself. Madison Police Chief Shon F. Barnes said they cannot confirm the authenticity of an apparent manifesto that has been disseminated.

A law enforcement source told CNN that Rupnow planned the shooting, and detailed some of her issues and problems in writings that police are reviewing.

Barnes went on to ask the public for tips about Rupnow’s social media activity, saying uncovering a motive is their “top priority.” Though he declined to reveal an exact motive, but said it appears to be a “combination” of factors. Bullying has not been ruled out as a motive.

“Everyone was targeted in this incident,” he commented.

During Tuesday’s press conference. Barnes corrected previous reports that a second grader called 911 during Monday’s shooting. Barnes said the call came from a second-grade teacher.

Rupnow allegedly also wounded six students and a teacher. Their conditions remain unchanged, Barnes said.
