A North Texas grandfather is accused of stabbing his 8-year-old grandson to death.
North Richland Hills police said they were called to the home just before 8 a.m. on Sunday and found the boy dead.
Officers found 62-year-old Phillip Hughes near the house and arrested him on a charge of capital murder.
He is awaiting arraignment at the city jail.
Police said they were still investigating the case and asked anyone with information to contact them.

Investigators have not revealed a motive the killing.
