A Georgia police officer allegedly shot and killed the Lyft driver who was taking him home because he thought the victim was trying to kidnap him and recruit him into a “gay fraternity.”

Fulton County Jail records show Koby Minor is facing murder and aggravated assault charges. Minor, an Atlanta police officer since 2018, resigned from the department following his arrest, the agency said in a statement.
