PICTURED: New Mugshot of ‘Cult Mom’ Lori Vallow, Convicted of Killing 2 Kids & Husband’s Ex

Lori Vallow Daybell was transported to another Idaho jail after she was convicted Friday of killing her two children in 2019 and conspiring the death of her current husband’s then-wife the same year.

Though Vallow Daybell was charged in Fremont County, KTVB reported that she was moved from Ada County jail, where she was prosecuted, to Madison County jail following the three guilty verdicts. Madison County jail houses all female inmates who were convicted in Fremont County.

A presentence investigation must be conducted before Lori Vallow Daybell is back in the Madison County Jail. Here’s what happens now. – East Idaho News. District Judge Steven Boyce said the process will take about three months, according to East Idaho News.

If sentenced to prison, which is likely, Vallow Daybell will be moved to the Pocatello Women’s Correctional Center. Afterward, prosecutors in Maricopa County, Arizona, will start their case against Vallow Daybell — who is charged with conspiring to kill her fourth husband, Charles Vallow. In July 2019, Vallow Daybell’s brother, Alex Cox, fatally shot Charles. Cox, who reportedly died of natural causes in December 2019, claimed self-defense.

According to East Idaho News, Boyce’s presentencing report will detail Vallow Daybell’s crimes, the results of any mental health and substance abuse evaluations, and a presentencing investigator’s assessment of her condition.

After seven hours of deliberations, a jury found Vallow Daybell guilty of killing Tylee Ryan and J.J. Vallow and conspiring the October 2019 death of Tammy Daybell, who was her current husband’s wife. The two children vanished in September 2019 and were found buried on Chad Daybell’s property nine months later.

Chad Daybell is Vallow Daybell’s current husband. He was also charged in connection with the three deaths but he has not stood trial. A trial date has not been set.
