Pervert who posed as model agency scout on fake Snapchat profiles to blackmail dozens of girls as young as nine worldwide into sending indecent images of themselves is jailed for 18 years

Ishmael Lance Duncan, 24, had a total of 19,120 indecent images of children after posing as a talent scout on social media and blackmailing teenage girls into sending explicit selfies.
