Non-Custodial Dad Abducts 3-Year-Old Girl at Visitation

Police in Washington, D.C., are looking for a 3-year-old girl believed to have been abducted by her non-custodial father from a supervised visitation at the city’s courthouse on Thursday.

Metropolitan Police describes Brooklyn Tucker as 3 feet tall and 40 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black and red checked dress and gold jellybean shoes.

They did not provide a description of Devon Tucker, although they did post a photo of him carrying the little girl and said they were last seen in the 500 block of Indiana Avenue NW, which is the address of the H. Carl Moultrie Courthouse.

Police told the Washington Post that Devon Tucker rushed out of the courthouse with the little girl at the end of family visitation.

They ask anyone with information to contact the Youth and Family Engagement Division at 2020.576.6768.
