A search is underway for a 15-year-old girl who reportedly disappeared in Texas last week.

According to Sanaf News, Jazmin Perez, 15, was last seen traveling in an unknown direction in southwest Houston. Additional details regarding her disappearance are unavailable, but she may be endangered and need medical attention.
