Charlotte Sena: NY State Park Remains Closed for Search for Missing 9-Year-Old Girl

Authorities have released new footage of 9-year-old Charlotte Sena as the search continues following her disappearance missing in New York’s Moreau Lake State Park.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Charlotte was at the park for a weekend camping trip with family and friends, and headed off for a last ride around a loop road at about 6:15 p.m. Saturday night. She never returned.

Her parents and others in the camping area began searching for her and found her abandoned bike at about 6:45 p.m.

The videos shared Monday by Fox News shows Sena in an undated clip, sitting in a vehicle telling a joke, while another video shows her sitting on a floor opening a present.

The FBI joined in on the search Monday morning, calling the disappearance “fluid,” as fears begin to mount of a possible abduction. Sources reportedly told CBS News that police suspect an abduction, although not yet officially confirmed.

“The FBI is assisting our partners and we have deployed essential resources, such as Victim Specialists,” an FBI statement read. “We encourage the public to report any relevant information to local law enforcement.”

According to the the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, an AMBER Alert issued following her disappearance indicates that Sena vanished  “under circumstances that lead police to believe that they are in imminent danger of serious harm and/or death.”

“At approximately 6:45 p.m., Charlotte’s bike was located in Loop A, and at 6:47 pm Charlotte’s mom Trisha called 911 to report the child missing,” New York State Police Lt. Col. Richard Mazzone said.

Dozens of agents swarmed the 6,250-acre park on Sunday with dogs, drones, boats, and a helicopter.

Sena is described as standing 4 feet 6 inches tall and weighing around 90 pounds. She has long, dirty blonde hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a tie-dye Pokemon shirt, dark blue pants, black crocs, and a gray bike helmet.
