Missing New Mexico Toddler Last Seen Headed Westbound on I-40 With Mother

Investigators in New Mexico are asking for help finding a 1-year-od boy who is believed to be traveling with his mother in a blue 2007 Saturn with an Arizona plate.

The Ruidoso Police Department said that Paul “Oak” Mochen is 2 feet tall and 26 pounds with brown eyes and no hair. He was last seen wearing a long sleeved, grey onsie, pants, and blue shoes.

April Mochen’s last known location was on Interstate 40 near Thoreau, New Mexico, shortly after 1 p.m. on Sunday. They were westbound, police said. The Arizona tag number is 79A1BEA.

Police issued a Missing Endangered Advisory about the boy Sunday afternoon.
