A man allegedly told cops he opened fire out a window because of bad tooth pain and stress, according to officers in Lincoln, Maine. Christopher Bean, 22, is charged with discharging a firearm near a dwelling and reckless conduct with a firearm.

Officers said they responded Sunday to Spring Street regarding a report of shot fires. Bean “was allegedly using a handgun on the premises,” they said.
