An Ohio man allegedly set the mother of his child ablaze — “dousing her with gasoline and lighting her on fire” — causing severe burns on her body that led to medical treatment and surgeries, cops say.

Delvon Stone, 33, is facing felonious assault, aggravated arson and domestic violence charges in connection to the April 28 fire attack on his child’s mom, according to his criminal complaint, which was filed last week in Toledo Municipal Court.

Stone was arrested after investigators spoke to the victim about what happened.

“The defendant and the victim share a child together,” the complaint says.

“The defendant assaulted the victim by dousing her with gasoline, and lighting her on fire,” it alleges. “This caused severe burns to her body causing her to seek medical treatment and surgeries. The victim is the source of this information.”

Stone appeared in court Tuesday and was given a $250,000 bond. He has at least two prior convictions for domestic violence, according to the complaint.
