A man has been killed in a horror two-vehicle crash in the NSW Hunter Valley.
Emergency services were called to the New England Highway at Ravensworth shortly after 4.30pm on Thursday following reports of a collision between a ute and sedan.
The male sedan driver, 60, died at the scene, despite paramedics’ desperate attempts to revive him.

The male ute driver, 57, was taken to the hospital for mandatory testing.
Police have launched an investigation into the crash.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
