Man allegedly tried to mow down kids on e-bikes and stole their phones so he could report their behavior to their parents: Police

An Arizona man was arrested and charged with five felonies after police said he allegedly tried to hit a child riding an e-bike with his vehicle.

Richard Davidson, 52, was caught on surveillance cameras during the alleged incident on Dec. 27, when he was driving with his son through an intersection in Scottsdale. According to court documents obtained by KPHO, a local CBS affiliate, Davidson was allegedly seen on camera getting out of his Toyota RAV4 and “removing and throwing an e-bike from the road before chasing down a juvenile victim.”
