Top legal and true crime studio Law&Crime is teaming up with Emmy Award-winning anchor Ashleigh Banfield to bring her original podcast “Drop Dead Serious” to Law&Crime’s YouTube. Starting this weekend, new episodes will premiere on Law&Crime’s YouTube channel, home to nearly 7 million subscribers and one of the fastest-growing destinations for true crime content online.
Known for her gripping, front line reporting on major platforms like CNN and NewsNation, Banfield is bringing her signature storytelling style to the digital space. “Drop Dead Serious” delivers a raw, unfiltered look at the cases that captivated the nation, featuring in-depth interviews, breaking updates, and Banfield’s personal insights — all in hourlong episodes designed for YouTube’s true crime superfan.
This latest collaboration underscores Law&Crime’s commitment to growing its YouTube-first content slate with bold voices and binge-worthy stories.
“I’ve been a super fan of Law&Crime ever since it launched,” says Banfield. “So I couldn’t be more thrilled to partner up with such a respected team of true crime experts.”
