A late night shooting rocked a quiet suburb days out from Christmas.

Shots were reportedly fired into a house on Freeman Avenue at Canley Vale, in Sydney’s south-west, at 11pm on Saturday.

Emergency services were called with NSW Police setting up a crime scene.

Nobody is understood to have been injured in the incident.

Detectives are urging anyone with information to contact Fairfield Police Station or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
