Previously convicted in a manslaughter case years ago, an Oregon man is going back to prison for homicide. This time, David Anthony Baynes is set to serve a minimum of 25 years of a life sentence for murder in the second degree. The sentencing happened Thursday.

All this stemmed over his jealousy over his girlfriend having continued contact with her ex, Adam Woodall, said the Washington County District Attorney’s Office.
