Antonio Agustin

An Ohio man accused of kidnapping and raping a Georgia girl was indicted last week on multiple felony charges.

Antonio Agustin-Ailon, 34, is facing charges of rape, kidnapping, gross sexual imposition, pandering sexually-oriented matters, and interference with custody.

From May 29 to July 26, according to the indictment obtained by 11Alive News, Agustin-Ailon “engaged in sexual conduct with a child victim,” a 12-year-old that he met online. Police said he also did “create, record, photograph, film, develop, reproduce, or publish material that shows a minor participating or engaging in sexual activity, masturbation or bestiality.”

As CrimeOnline previously reported, police found the girl with Aonio-Agustim in Dover, Ohio, in July. Investigators said the victim had been talking to Agustin and other men on Facebook Messenger, where she told him that she was unhappy and wanted to leave home.

In late May, Agustin allegedly drove from Ohio to the victim’s home in Gainesville, Georgia. Detectives believe the pair then went to Agustin’s home in Ohio, where they stayed for nearly a month.

Police recovered the girl and apprehended Agustin-Ailon at a nearby shopping center. At the time, a $50,000 reward was being offered for the girl’s safe return.
