Christian Jesus Arias Acosta, 26, stands accused of one count of written threat to kill or inflict bodily injury – domestic violence, according to Miami-Dade County court records.

“And if I don”t let you see me, you won’t stop bothering me?” she asked. “Christian, please stop.”

To which the man allegedly answered: “No, never – until you die.”
