‘I should have walked away’: Woman charged with murder after death of boyfriend’s baby, who she allegedly admitted to treating ‘roughly’ during diaper change

A grand jury in St. Lawrence County, New York, has indicted a woman for murder for allegedly violently shaking her boyfriend’s infant son, who eventually died from his injuries. Cops arrested Tiara K. Allen, 26, on July 13 for reckless assault of a child and endangering the welfare of a child. In addition to those charges, she now faces murder in the second degree, manslaughter in the second degree, and assault in the first degree, records show.

The baby, Conway, sustained a bilateral subdural hematoma on his brain, according to according to court documents.
