The husband of a woman who died after she was allegedly run over by a tractor slasher has been charged with murder.
Emergency services were called to a property on Undullah Road at Woodhill near Beaudesert in southern-central Queensland just after 9am on Thursday.
They found a severely injured 41-year-old woman.
She died at the scene despite desperate attempts by emergency responders to revive her.
Her husband, 44, has been charged with murder and interfering with a corpse.
Photos showed multiple police vehicles outside the cordoned-off sugarcane farm, where forensic officers spent the day scouring for evidence.
A Toyota Yaris was taken away from the scene by a tow truck.
