Husband Catches Nurse Wife Having Sex With Her 15-Year-Old Stepson

Last week, a Florida nurse had her license suspended as she awaits trial for sexually abusing her husband’s 15-year-old son.

Ocala News reported that the Department of Health issued an emergency order to suspend Alexis Von Yates’ nursing license on Friday. The order also indicated that the state plans to formally discipline Yates, 34, soon.

In July 2024, Yates’ husband allegedly caught her having sex with his 15-year-old son, her stepson. Marion County police who arrested Yates in November claimed that the victim’s family discouraged him from revealing what transpired.

An affidavit alleged that Yates’ husband came home to find his wife and son naked on the couch. Yates stated that the victim resembled her husband when he was younger, according to People.

The victim reportedly told police in the week preceding the incident, Yates stuck her tongue out at him while eating whipped cream. He also recalled an instance in which he and Yates were leaving a gym when Yates stated, “I bet everyone thought you were my little toy boy,” according to the U.S. Sun.

The victim reportedly fled the home after being caught by his father. The father eventually located his son and drove him to his grandparents — telling the boy he “ruined his life” while drinking a beer, the U.S. Sun reported.

An anonymous tip was sent to Marion County police about the alleged illicit relationship, leading to Yates’ arrest.

In December, Yates pleaded not guilty to sexual battery on a person 12 to 18 years of age by a person in familial custody. She remains free on a $10,000 bond.
