A Texas man is facing criminal charges for allegedly confronting two young girls in an elementary school parking lot — wearing a diaper with a pacifier around his neck, and nothing else — while allegedly shouting, “Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change,” cops say.

Wesley Worl, 45, is accused of approaching the children last Wednesday in the parking lot of Andy Woods Elementary School in Tyler, according to local police. He is charged with criminal solicitation of a minor and criminal trespass after allegedly coming up to the kids as they were riding bikes and scooters in the area.

Public Information Officer Andy Erbaugh, of the Tyler Police Department, confirmed to Law&Crime on Sunday that Worl was arrested at his place of work later in the day after being identified by the girls. His arrest affidavit, which was obtained by local ABC affiliate KLTV, says the youths rode to a resident”s home and alerted two people about what allegedly happened to them. They were “visibly shaking” and “truly petrified,” according to the affidavit.

“Will you change my diaper for me?” Worl allegedly asked them before the kids fled.

“Goo goo ga ga, I need a diaper change,” he allegedly said.

The girls were so frightened that they fell down and skinned their knees up while trying to reach the two residents, police say. They both claimed a “scary man” was chasing them, according to the affidavit.

Court records show that Worl has a laundry list of previous charges dating back to 1999, with arrests for stalking and looking at children in inappropriate ways, including one incident where he was caught with his hand in his shorts. When cops asked him why, he reportedly told them he was checking his diaper.
