Georgia police said they are preparing for President Donald Trump’s indictment.
On Monday, the state grand jury indicted Trump and 18 others — including former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani — of racketeering and RICO violations for allegedly attempting to overturn 2020 election results. Fulton County Sheriff Pat Labat told WSB-TV that Trump will be treated like anyone else that’s charged with a crime, and that would include being fingerprinted and photographed.
“Unless somebody tells me differently, we are following our normal practices, and so it doesn’t matter your status, we’ll have a mugshot ready for you,” he said.
Labat also told the news outlet that they are working with local, state, and federal authorities to implement a security plan amid possible charges.

According to Reuters, Trump has already pleaded not guilty in three other criminal cases. His state trial in New York is set to start on March 25, while his federal trial in Florida is scheduled for May 20.
