Lawsuit: Former Soap Star Haley Pullos Blames Other Driver After DUI Crash

“General Hospital” star Haley Pullos has completed her three-month jail sentence for her 2023 DUI, but was immediately placed on probation and ordered to complete community service.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, the 25-year-old previously pleaded no contest to charges from the hit-and-run, which happened after a wrong-way crash on a Los Angeles freeway. The crash sent another driver, Courtney Wilder, to the hospital for emergency surgery and caused bodily injury and property damage.

Along with the 90-day jail term, Pullos was ordered to complete five years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and pay $8,260 in restitution to Wilder, Pullos’ lawyer, Mark Daniel Melnick. said.

“Haley is very grateful to the court for a minimum sentence and for recognizing her remorse and the strides she has made in her sobriety,” Melnick told People Magazine in a statement.

Along with the 90-day jail term, Pullos must complete five years of probation, 200 hours of community service, and pay $8,260 in restitution to Wilder, the other driver involved in the crash, according to Melnick.

In January, Wilder filed a lawsuit seeking damages related to the crash. Pullos’ legal team responded by denying all allegations.

Firefighters had to free Pullos from her car and assist her into an ambulance, the lawsuit read. At one point, a firefighter was checking Pullos’ injuries when she struck them and shouted, “This is a $400 f**king shirt.”

Wilder subsequently sued Pullos after sustaining serious injuries. Pullos’ attorneys claimed that Wilder was the negligent one.

Pullos is pushing for a lawsuit dismissal, according to court documents, and says the collision was “caused by either the sole negligent and/or intentional conduct of plaintiffs.”

Wilder is also suing the California Department of Transportation, alleging that the road where the accident occurred was dangerous.
