‘Follow God’s law and man’s law’: Brother accused of murdering older sister in her home speaks out in first court appearance

A man accused of murdering his older sister in her South Carolina home has made his first court appearance, during which he offered a cryptic message.

Anthony Lopez, 39, is accused of killing his sister, 53-year-old Lisa Rosenzweig, in her home in Rock Hill, located in the northern part of the South Carolina close to the North Carolina border. According to Charlotte ABC affiliate WSOC, police found Rosenzweig dead in her home on Nov. 9, 2024, after being called to the house for a welfare check.
