Attorney Claims Diddy Spiked Lube with GHB Before Raping Her Client

A new lawsuit accuses Sean “Diddy” Combs of threatening to kill a woman and dangling her over the balcony of a 17th floor apartment.

Fashion designer Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed the lawsuit this week in Los Angeles, accusing the rap mogul of sexual battery, infliction of emotional distress, and false imprisonment, according to Rolling Stone. The lawsuit seeks $10 million damages.

In the suit, Bongolan says that she witnessed multiple instances of abuse Combs perpetrated against his then-girlfriend, R&B singer Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura. The balcony incident took place at Ventura’s apartment in September 2016, she said.

“The only purpose of dangling someone over a balcony is to actually kill them or to intentionally terrorize them and rob them of any concept of dominion over their own bodily autonomy and safety,” the lawsuit, filed by attorney James R. Nikraftar of Miller Barondess, claims. “Ms. Bongolan refuses to allow this fear to control the rest of her life and brings this action to demand that Mr. Combs take responsibility for the trauma he intentionally and maliciously” inflicted.

Combs has now been sued by multiple people claiming sexual abuse, trafficking, and other complaints, including Ventura herself, who filed a lawsuit against him late last year and then settled it the next day, as CrimeOnline reported. But that lawsuit set off a torrent of other suits — and, apparently, a federal investigation that resulted in raids on Combs’ properties in California and Florida and his arrest this summer on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The 55-year-old Bad Boy Records founder is being held without bond pending trial in New York, where judges have denied his pleadings for bond four times.

Bongolan’s lawsuit claims that she and her then-girlfriend were sleeping over at Ventura’s apartment in September 2016 when Combs burst into the apartment and approached her on the balcony, according to PEOPLE.

“He grabbed her, turned her back to his chest, and molested her by groping her breasts as she yelled to be left alone,” the lawsuit says.

Bonbolan struggled against him, and he shifted his hands beneath her armpits and put on on the balcony railing while yelling, “Do you now what the f*** you did!”

Accoridng to the lawsuit, Bongolan still doesn’t know what Combs was talking about.

A spokesperson for Combs told Rolling Stone that he “firmly denies” Bongollan’s allegations.

“Anyone has the right to file a lawsuit, regardless of the evidence they may or may not have,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “Since last year, Ms. Bongolan has expressed an intention to sue Mr. Combs and has sought legal representation to pursue her claims. Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.”
