Evil Lucy Letby has struck up a friendship with fellow child killer Sian Hedges, as they watch ‘crime shows and The Traitors’ together behind bars, a source says.
Letby, 34, was sentenced in August 2023 to 14 whole-life orders after being convicted of murdering seven babies and trying to murder six others, with two bids on one victim.
Hedges, 27, was jailed for life for the murder of her 18-month-old son Alfie Phillips, who died with a ‘myriad of bruises’, broken ribs, arms and leg as well as traces of cocaine and alcohol in his system.
The pair are being held at Bronzefield Prison, in Surrey, and have access to an en-suite shower, a desk, a phone and a TV. Letby also has round-the-clock protection.
A source told The Sun: ‘They watch TV a lot together, including stuff like The Traitors, and crime shows.
‘They are on a really nice block, with individual cells with en-suite and TVs with more than 100 Freeview Channels plus radio.’

Letby’s crimes took place in the Countess of Chester Hospital’s neonatal unit where she worked between June 2015 and June 2016. She denied all the offences and refused to attend her sentencing at Manchester Crown Court.
A total of 70 criminals are serving a whole-life order, four of whom are being held in secure hospitals. They will never be considered for release, unless there are exceptional compassionate grounds to warrant it.
Only three other women have faced such a punishment: the girlfriend of Moors murderer Ian Brady, Myra Hindley – who died in 2002 – and serial killers Rose West and Joanna Dennehy.
Alfie Phillips suffered more than 70 injuries to his tiny body when he was beaten to death and smothered by Hedges and her ex Jack Benham during lockdown.

The heartbroken father of murdered Alfie Phillips said his family’s life had been destroyed by his son’s murder.
In a victim impact statement read in court, a grieving Sam Phillips said: ‘When my son Alfie was born on May 26, 2019, our lives changed forever. I loved him immediately.
‘When he was little he was the sweetest little baby. Alfie was growing into a great toddler – he was into everything.
‘He would climb everything. We certainly had our hands full but he made us smile.’
The statement continued: ‘I loved him. He was my little boy. Alfie’s smile would light up any room.
‘As a family we have so many happy memories of how cheeky he would be.’
