Months after she allegedly left the scene of a hit-and-run that left a man seriously injured, a Florida woman appeared in court after being arrested for the crime.

Tydaijah Murray, 29, was arrested on Thursday and appeared in front of a judge the following day, charged with leaving the scene of a crash, failure to stop at an accident scene, and driving with a suspended license. She was also charged with resisting arrest. The incident took place on Aug. 11 when Eugene (Yevhenii) Arsirii, a hairdresser who had just moved to the area, was helping another driver move their disabled vehicle out of the road. While in the middle of his good deed, he and two other people were slammed into by another driver from behind, allegedly Murray. Arsirii was seriously injured and eventually had his right leg amputated.
