It was an after-school special from hell when a 52-year-old man allegedly wearing just a T-shirt and diaper exposed himself and began “shaking” his privates at a group of young children as they filed off a school bus in North Carolina this week.
Terry Lynn Horne of Salisbury, North Carolina, was arrested by Rowan County sheriff’s deputies on Wednesday just after 3 p.m., according to arrest records obtained by Law&Crime. Horne was charged with four felony counts of indecent exposure.
According to local FOX affiliate WGHP, police obtained video footage recorded by a local family that allegedly showed Horne in the act. Authorities are still looking for other victims and have asked them to come forward.

In an arrest report dated Oct. 26, Rowan County Officer Steve Blount wrote that Horne was found “wearing an adult diaper, and t-shirt, and pulling down the diaper to expose his gentiles and shaking them in plain view and in the direction of the minor.” [Spelling original]
Horne was standing in his front yard, Blount wrote, when he exposed himself to a 9-year-old child who was walking by with a 16-year-old, police said. He allegedly did the same with an 11, 8 and 10-year-old child respectively.
Horne has been detained since his arrest on a $5,000 bond. He first appeared in court on Thursday. It is unclear if he has obtained an attorney.
If convicted of felony indecent exposure in North Carolina, Horne could face up to 39 months in prison per charge plus community service and fines. If convicted, he may also be required to register as a sex offender for life in North Carolina.
